memorial hallBoldre War Memorial Hall was opened in June 2000, its in a quiet location on the edge of the New Forest in Pilley, near Lymington, Hampshire, alongside St Nicholas Chapel. Set in this idyllic little village of Pilley, on the edge of the New Forest National Park, makes it a fantastic setting for a wide range of events and functions.

All the rooms lead off from the main reception area with the usual facilities. A central kitchen has hatches to the adjacent halls for ease of catering. The main hall can incorporate a stage with curtained front if required.

The main hall is 140m² and the other smaller hall is 54m².

Sports Field

SportsGroundBoldre has a large sports field, with two football pitches and a sports pavilion. These facilities are maintained by the Parish council for the use of the general public. The sports fields are often used for community events and are regularly used by the Boldre Royals football team. The fields are available to hire for events. For information, please contact the Parish Clerk. 

Both the recreation ground and Play Areas are Dog Free Zones.

Defibrillator DefibrillatorA defibrillator is available at Boldre War Memorial Hall. It is located outside the main entrance on the left hand side wall in a yellow cabinet. The defibrillator is packaged with instructions as to its correct use.
Childrens Play Area There is a new small play area behind the Community Shop and  War Memorial Hall. This play area has a number of play items including swings, slides, climbing frame and a kick wall. The play area is open to the general public. No photo description available.

Perkins Hall

Perkins HallA short distance from the Boldre War Memorial Hall is the Perkins Hall. Recently refurbished, this hall is maintained by the same hall committee that runs the War Memorial Hall. This small hall has parking for several vehicles with an option to overflow using the War Memorial Hall car park. The hall has it's own kitchen, equipped with a small selection of crockery. To the rear of the hall is a small enclosed grassed area.

The Perkins Hall is available for hire for a range of events.
