DateDetails 03 Jan 2016 Problems all the way down Brook Hill, Norley Wood: Reported by Parish Councillor A ditch within the vicinity of ‘Oakdene’ beginning at the junction with Joys Lane running downhill towards ‘Willows’ was piped by the landowners but has been blocked for some considerable time.  Further down Brook Hill on the Eastern side (adjacent to ‘Sparrows’) the underground pipes and culvert are blocked causing water to run along the roadside. Just before the Ford at Plummers Water, underground pipes either side of the road are blocked causing water to run along the road surface down to the stream.  Stone Hill on the other side of Plummers Water has a similar problem with ditches that have been piped but now blocked.  Travelling further South past St Mary’s Church there is a further blocked culvert at the little triangle just prior to South Baddesley School. The whole Brook Hill carriageway is very messy. 22 Jan 2016 07 Jan 2018 Letter requesting action sent to the Assistant Engineer, Highways, Hampshire County Council detailing blocked drains and ditches in this vicinity.
